Namık Kemal GÖKALP (Chairman of the Board)
Namık Kemal Gökalp graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration (1989-1994). He then completed his master's degree in Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at the Banking and Insurance Institute of Marmara University (2003-2004). He also obtained a PhD in Finance and Banking from Kadir Has University. Gökalp has held positions as a Corporate Finance Consultant, Coordinator, and Senior Executive in the finance sector. Mehmet Ziya GÖKALP (Vice Chairman of the Board)
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and his master's degree at Istanbul University in Money and Capital Markets. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Policy at Kocaeli University. Gökalp has held senior executive positions in various investment institutions and later served as the general manager and economics columnist at Yeni Şafak Newspaper. He also served as a member of the Audit Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB). In addition to İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., he serves on the boards of Hedef Holding A.Ş., Hedef Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Zen Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Skyalp Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., Hedef Projelendirme ve Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş., and Seyitler Kimya Sanayi A.Ş.

Sibel GÖKALP
Sibel Gökalp graduated from Istanbul University's Department of International Relations and has held senior executive positions in the finance sector for many years. She has served as chairman of the board and general manager in finance sector companies previously owned by the group, such as Hedef Menkul Kıymetler Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., EVG Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., and Taksim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. In addition to her role at the issuer, she serves as the chairman of the board at Hedef Portföy Yönetimi, vice chairman of the board at Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. and Skyalp Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., and as a board member at Seyitler Kimya Sanayi A.Ş.

Tamer AKBAL
Tamer Akbal completed his undergraduate education in Business Administration at Marmara University. He has held senior executive positions in various investment institutions. He currently serves as COO at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and as a board member at Colendi Menkul Değerler A.Ş.

Cihangir YERSEL (Independent Member)
Cihangir Yersel graduated from Anadolu University's Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration. He started his career in 1998 and has held senior management positions in various food companies. His transition to the finance sector was through the Hedef Group. He has been serving as an Independent Board Member at Hedef Holding since 2018.

Sümeyye ATAR AVCI (Independent Member)
Sümeyye Atar Avcı graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2015. After completing her legal internship, she has worked in various law firms in the fields of Labor Law, Compensation Law, Commercial Law, and Family Law, and is currently a practicing lawyer. She is also continuing her education in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University. She has received training as a concordat commissioner and holds certifications in CMK and the principles of crowdfunding based on the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Institution. She also serves as an independent board member at Idealist Consulting A.Ş.

Murat TANRIÖVER – CEO
Murat Tanrıöver graduated from Marmara University with a degree in English Business Administration and completed his master's degree in finance at Louisiana State University. Tanrıöver began his career as an Analyst at Türk Boston Bank and subsequently held positions such as Specialist at Turkey Industrial Development Bank (TSKB), Manager at Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Capital Markets Coordinator at Doğan Yayın Holding, and Deputy General Manager at Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler and Garanti Yatırım Menkul Değerler. From 2013 to 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Investment Banking at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler and as General Manager at Gedik Yatırım Holding. During this period, he held board memberships at Gedik Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı, Orya Organik Yaşam Gıda Tekstil Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret, and Gedik Yatırım Holding, and chaired the boards at Marbaş Menkul Değerler and HUB Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı. Tanrıöver has also served as an independent board member at various companies since 2010 and is currently a board member at Özyaşar Tel ve Galvenizleme Sanayi A.Ş., Mobiliz Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik A.Ş., and MT Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. He has been serving as the CEO of Hedef Holding since 14 September 2021 and as a board member at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler since 5 November 2020, at Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı since 16 November 2020, and at Zen Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı since 11 March 2022.

Ömer ERYILMAZ – CFO
Ömer Eryılmaz graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1985. He began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst at Industrial Investment Bank (SYB) and continued in the same bank as Deputy Manager of Financial Control in 1993 and Manager of Financial Control from 1999. Following the merger of Industrial Investment Bank and Turkey Industrial Development Bank (TSKB) in 2002, he first served as Risk Management Manager and later as Head of the Inspection Board. From 2006 onwards, Eryılmaz served as Deputy General Manager (CFO) responsible for Accounting and Financial Control, Tax, Affiliates, Securities, Budget Planning, Investor Relations, and Credit Operations Functions at TSKB. At the end of 2016, he was appointed General Manager of Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş., a subsidiary of TSKB, where he also served as a senior executive responsible for investor relations and as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Sustainability Committee. Eryılmaz retired from his role as General Manager of Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in July 2022. Throughout his career, he has served on the management and audit boards of various companies and associations. As of September 2022, he was appointed as the Executive Board Member responsible for Financial Affairs (CFO) at Hedef Holding. He currently continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Hedef Investment Bank and Hedef Portfolio.
