• Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.: One of the pioneering and leading players in the venture sector in providing equity financing to SMEs. Hedef Girişim has venture investments in software and technology, which it prioritizes to bring entrepreneurs and professional capital together and to provide financing for new ideas and projects.
• Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.: With a total of TL 25,6 billion in funds and assets under management as of December 31, 2022, the company has an important position in the asset management sector. As of December 31, 2022, 31 Security Investment Funds (25 Hedge Funds, 2 Equity Funds, 1 Money Market Fund, 2 Debt Securities Funds, 1 Variable Fund), 7 Venture Capital Investment Funds and 3 Real Estate Investment Funds were established and managed by Hedef Asset Management.
• İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.: A broadly authorized brokerage house serving individual and institutional investors. In addition to brokerage services for the purchase and sale of capital market instruments, the company also provides investment advisory, portfolio management and corporate finance services to individual and institutional investors. Having joined Hedef Holding in 2021, İnfo Yatırım operates nationwide with 25 liaison offices and continuously expands its sphere of influence in the sector with the variety of products and services it offers to more than 90 thousand customers. In addition, Hedef Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. was established by İnfo Investment to issue lease certificates in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Lease Certificates No. III-61.1. The asset leasing company started its operations in 2023.
• Hedef Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.: Hedef Investment Bank was established by Hedef Holding A.Ş., Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Namık Kemal GÖKALP and Sibel GÖKALP. Hedef Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. has formally applied to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency for an operating license and is currently under review. Hedef Investment Bank aims to become a rather boutique investment bank working in the corporate, commercial and retail sectors. Paying special attention to sustainable relationships in investment banking, the Bank will expand its market share in the financial system with innovative products that will meet all the needs of customers in this field. Hedef Investment Bank is intended to start operations in 2023.
Hedef Holding A.Ş. has agreed to transfer the shares of Vepara Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. to penetrate the payment services and electronic money ecosystem and is waiting for the permission of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye for the share transfer.
