Namık Kemal GÖKALP
Chairman of the Board
Namık Kemal Gökalp has pursued both his academic and professional career in the field of finance. Between 1989 and 1994, he studied at Anadolu University and graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration. He continued his education with a master’s degree in Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at Marmara University’s Institute of Banking and Insurance between 2003 and 2004. He later earned a PhD in Finance and Banking at Kadir Has University, further advancing his academic qualifications.
He built his professional career in the finance sector, taking on specialized roles such as corporate finance consultancy, coordination, and executive leadership. With his extensive experience and deep knowledge of the financial world, Namık Kemal Gökalp currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Hedef Holding.
Mehmet Ziya GÖKALP
Vice Chairman of the Board
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp began his education in economics and finance at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He advanced his expertise with a master’s degree in Money and Capital Markets from Istanbul University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Policy at Kocaeli University.
He has held executive positions at various investment institutions, combining his leadership and economic expertise to serve as General Manager of Yeni Şafak newspaper. During this time, he also contributed as an economics columnist, sharing his insights with the public. He later held a strategic role as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).
Sibel GÖKALP
Board Member
A graduate of Istanbul University’s Department of International Relations, Sibel Gökalp has built her professional career in the finance sector. She has held senior executive roles across various branches of the industry, gaining extensive experience in investment and strategic management.
She previously served as Chairwoman of the Board and General Manager at several finance-sector companies formerly owned by the group, including Hedef Securities Investment Trust, EVG Investment Trust, and Taksim Investment Trust, further deepening her expertise in the field.
Tamer AKBAL
Board Member
Tamer Akbal earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University. He has translated his academic background into executive-level roles, gaining significant experience in leading investment institutions.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at İnfo Yatırım Securities , where he continues to contribute his sectoral expertise.
Cihangir YERSEL
Independent Board Member
Cihangir Yersel graduated from Anadolu University’s Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration, and began his professional career in 1998. In the early stages of his career, he held senior executive roles in the food industry, gaining experience in operational management and strategic planning.
He later transitioned into the finance sector through the Hedef Group and has been serving as an Independent Board Member at Hedef Holding since 2018, contributing to the group’s corporate structure.
Sümeyye ATAR AVCI
Independent Board Member
Sümeyye Atar Avcı graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2015 and began her professional legal career after completing her internship. A registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association, she has worked in various law firms, gaining experience in labor law, compensation law, commercial law, and family law.
In addition to actively practicing law, she continues her education in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University, further enhancing her professional qualifications.
She has also completed certified training as a Concordat Commissioner and holds certifications related to the Capital Markets Licensing and the Equity-Based Crowdfunding Communiqué issued by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. She currently serves as an Independent Board Member at İdealist Danışmanlık A.Ş.
Bülent KIRIMLI
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
After graduating from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University with a degree in Economics, Bülent Kırımlı began his professional career at Global Yatırım in 1994. Entering the sector at a young age, he held senior roles in sales and marketing departments of prominent financial institutions until 2002.
From 2002 to 2004, Kırımlı served as Deputy General Manager at MNG Yatırım, and from 2004 to 2012, he held the same position at Turkish Yatırım, bringing his customer-oriented approach and leadership experience to the forefront. Between 2012 and 2019, he was one of the founding members of A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler, where he served as General Manager, Board Member, and Board Advisor, playing a key role in the company's growth.
Currently, he serves as a Board Member at Hedef Investment Bank, İnfo Yatırım, and Hedef Varlık Kiralama. As of April 2025, Bülent Kırımlı has been appointed as CEO of Hedef Holding
Ömer ERYILMAZ
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ömer Eryılmaz graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1985 and began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst at Sınai Yatırım Bankası (SYB). Demonstrating success early in his career, he was promoted to Deputy Manager of Financial Control in 1993 and to Manager of Financial Control in 1999 at the same institution.
With the 2002 merger of SYB and Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası (TSKB), Eryılmaz transitioned to a new chapter in his career, taking on roles such as Risk Management Manager and later Chairman of the Inspection Board, where he proved his capabilities in audit and oversight.
Beginning in 2006 at TSKB, he served as Executive Vice President (CFO) responsible for Accounting & Financial Control, Tax, Subsidiaries, Securities, Budget & Planning, Investor Relations, and Loan Operations.
At the end of 2016, Eryılmaz was appointed General Manager of Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş., a TSKB subsidiary. In this role, he was responsible for Investor Relations, and also served on the Corporate Governance Committee and Sustainability Committee, taking on important responsibilities.
He held the position of General Manager until July 2022 and then retired, bringing his decades of experience to Hedef Holding. In September 2022, Ömer Eryılmaz was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Committee Member responsible for Financial Affairs at Hedef Holding. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of various companies and NGOs, gaining extensive experience in corporate governance and oversight.
